Before any technique I ask: what are you afraid people will see in your work? The answer tells me more than any portfolio.قبل أي تقنيةٍ أسأل: ما الذي تخشى أن يراه الناسُ في عملك؟ يكشفُ الجوابُ عن صاحبه ما لا يكشفُه ملفُّ أعمالٍ كامل.
Withholding Knowledge Is a Crimeكتمانُ الصنعةِ جنايةٌ عليها
Techniques kept secret die with their owner. I teach not only how, but why — a whole philosophy of seeing.ما كُتِمَ من التقنياتِ ماتَ مع صاحبه. أُعلِّمُ الكيفَ والعلّةَ معاً؛ فالمهارةُ بلا فلسفةِ نظرٍ حِلْيةٌ لا فن.
Climate, Not Curriculumمناخٌ لا منهج

Guarding Fearlessnessلا تُطفئوا جسارةَ الصغار
Children already have what adults spend years recovering. With a child my job is not to add rules but to protect the boldness they arrive with.يملكُ الطفلُ ما يقضي الكبارُ العمرَ في استعادته. ومهمّتي معه ألّا أُضيفَ قيداً، بل أن أحرسَ جُرأةً جاء بها.
Critique That Buildsنقدٌ يبني ولا يهدم
Cruelty disguised as honesty has ended more talents than any lack of skill. Feedback should leave someone hungrier, never smaller.قسوةٌ تلبسُ ثوبَ الصراحةِ أهلكت من المواهبِ ما لم يُهلِكْه العجز. والنقدُ الصالحُ يزيدُ صاحبَه جوعاً لا انكماشاً.
To Be Surpassedأن يتجاوزَك تلميذُك
